2. Acceptance of these Terms 

By using www.venuemap.co.uk or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. 

3. What VenueMap provides 

VenueMap provides a workspace to help users shortlist venues, collaborate on Wishlists and send a brief. 

4. Accounts and security 

If you create an account, you agree to: 

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused. 

5. Collaboration and invitations 

If you invite collaborators, you confirm you have permission to share relevant event information with them. 

6. Your content 

You are responsible for the content you submit through the website and workspace, including notes and brief messages. You must not submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content. 

7. Third-party services 

The website uses third-party services including CookieYes, Google services (Analytics, Ads, Maps and reCAPTCHA) and Microsoft Clarity. These services may have their own terms and privacy information. 

8. Availability and changes 

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website or workspace without notice. We do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free. 

9. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. 

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses and we provide the website on an “as available” basis. 

10. Governing law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
